  • Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • Modify or create derivative works of the app

2. Accuracy of Information

We aim to provide accurate gardening information.
However:

  • Results vary by climate, soil, and plant conditions
  • We cannot guarantee plant success

AgrowGuide is not responsible for plant damage, crop loss, or incorrect usage of information.

Mobile Application

The Raised Bed Soil Calculator provides soil volume and bag count calculations based on the measurements you provide.

Important:

  • Calculations are estimates and may vary based on actual soil density, compaction, and bag fill levels
  • Results are provided for informational purposes only
  • We cannot guarantee accuracy of calculations or suitability for your specific project

3. Use of Tools

Mobile Application

The Raised Bed Soil Calculator:

  • Provides estimates based on your input measurements
  • Uses standard conversion factors (1 liter ≈ 0.001 cubic meters, etc.)
  • Does not account for soil compaction, settling, or bag variations
  • Is not a substitute for professional landscaping or construction advice

For large projects:

  • Consult with professionals (landscapers, contractors, soil suppliers)
  • Verify calculations independently
  • Order extra materials to account for variations

4. In-App Purchases

Mobile Application

The app offers in-app purchases, including:

  • Remove Ads: A one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently removes banner advertisements from the app

Purchase Terms:

  • All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store)
  • Apple's Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions
  • Purchases are final and non-refundable (subject to Apple's refund policy)
  • Purchase status is stored locally on your device
  • If you delete and reinstall the app, you may need to restore purchases

Restore Purchases:

  • You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" feature in Settings
  • This requires you to be logged in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase

Refunds:

  • Refund requests must be made through Apple
  • We do not process refunds directly
  • Apple's refund policy applies

5. Advertising

Mobile Application

If you have not purchased "Remove Ads":

  • The app displays banner advertisements via Google AdMob
  • Ads are provided by third-party advertisers
  • We are not responsible for ad content or external links in ads

By purchasing "Remove Ads":

  • All banner advertisements are permanently removed
  • No ad-related data is collected
  • This is a one-time purchase that applies to all future app updates

7. Intellectual Property

  • Reverse engineer the mobile application

8. User-Generated Content

Mobile Application

The app allows you to create and save custom bag sizes and labels locally on your device.

Your Content:

  • Custom bag data is stored locally on your device only
  • We do not have access to your custom bag data
  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • Data may be lost if you delete the app or reset your device

9. App Updates and Availability

Mobile Application

  • We may update the app at any time
  • Updates may add, modify, or remove features
  • We are not obligated to provide updates or support
  • The app may become unavailable temporarily or permanently
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the app or features

System Requirements:

  • The app requires iOS 13.0 or later
  • Some features may require internet connectivity
  • Performance may vary by device

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Direct or indirect damages

AgrowGuide is not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from use of calculated values

Maximum Liability:

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases (if any)
  • If you have not made any purchases, our liability is limited to zero
